This
is the claim by the Thomas Nelson Company (TNC) for their “New King
James Version” of the Bible. What many believers don't realize is that the
NKJV is of the Devil, whose translators leaned heavily upon the corrupt
Greek text of heretics Westcott and Hort.
Small changes in the wording of the Scriptures can often result in major
changes in meaning. Christians who claim that all Bible Versions are equally
good have usually not bothered to check the facts.
In a brochure published by Nelson Publishers, the KJV is pictured as an old worn out book with a man standing beside it with ancient style clothing on. This is unfortunate. TNC said, “...the King James Version is 368 years old... It has been cherished by so many for so long that letting it fall into disuse is unthinkable.” With this noble desire to save the KJV from the cobwebs and dust they start out, “not to replacing the King James, but to making it even better.”
Unfortunately, they've corrupted God's Word. A
close comparison of the NKJV with other modern perversions; such as, the
New International Version (NIV) and the English Standard version
(ESV) shows a striking similarity. Birds-of-a-feather-flock-together. Satan
has successfully deceived most of America's pastors and Christians to trade
in their trustworthy King James Bibles for a corrupt version rooted in the
damnable Greek of Westcott and Hort. Click

They said, “What has been needed is a revision of the time honored favorite
that would make it more understandable without harming its poetic beauty or
its inspired truth.” Please note a few examples of how well the NKJV has
"kept abreast of the changes in the English language" . . .

This goes to show that the claims by Nelson Publishers is bogus. From the words we just examined, it is clear that the NKJV is no easier to understand. In fact, it's harder. Here are some more examples of what Nelson did to the “poetic beauty” of the KJV . . .
- “...Where are you staying?” (1:38)
- “Then they said to Him. Who are You?” (8:25)
- “Jesus said to them, Come and eat breakfast.” (21:12)
- “Verily, verily,” has been replaced with “Most Assuredly.”
The New King James Version is a piece of garbage, following many of the same corrupt Greek errors as other modern translations.
2nd Timothy 2:15 in the NKJV says, “Be diligent
to present yourself approved to God...” The precious King James Bible
proclaims, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God...” There's a big
difference between studying the Scriptures verses being diligent to present
one's self to God. Without the word “study,” the reader is left wondering
what to do. Diligent in what?
God's Word is Not Copyrighted
Thomas Nelson Company copyrighted the NKJV in
1982, which means they make all the money from its use and sale. This is
heathendom. God's Word is not exclusive to any one company or group. God's
Word was given freely to mankind and it is evil for anyone to claim
exclusive rights to God's Word. As with ALL Bible-corrupters in the world
today, they are out to make a buck. Hell will be hot! God is angry with
those who market the Bible to make money.
It's a known fact that the more a company diminishes and perverts the Scriptures, the wider marketing base is reached. God makes no apologies for His Word and neither should we. So many companies have hired translators to weaken, dilute and subtly corrupt the Scriptures in an attempt to appease the apostasy of this evil generation.
Jesus said in John 10:35, “the Scripture cannot be broken.” The wicked can change the Words of God all they want; but Jesus said the Scripture CANNOT be broken. What God has said still stands nonetheless. People can believe whatever they want; but God's Laws have not changed. All Christ-rejecters who refuse to repent will go to Hell.
