A Wicked Sinner Got Right In Daniel 4

Daniel 4:37, “Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all
whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.”

       In Daniel chapter four we read about the amazing conversion of a wicked king, Nebuchadnezzar. Please notice some observations about Nebuchadnezzar, a wicked man who got right with God:

1. HE WANTED TO SHARE GOD WITH OTHERS (verses 1-3)
2. HE REALIZED THE WORLD CAN'T HELP (verses 6-7)
3. HE GOT SOME NEW FRIENDS (VERSES 8-9)
4. HE KNEW GOD'S MAN HAD SOME ANSWERS (VERSE 18)
5. HE TOOK WHAT THE PREACHER SAID (verses 19-27)
6. HE ACCEPTED THE PUNISHMENT FOR HIS SIN (verse 34)

I learned this helpful YouTube Bible study from Chett Hensley. God's man makes much of God's Words! When a wicked sinner gets right, he considers what the preacher says. Before you got saved, you looked to the wrong people for advice. Don't forget where you were at at one time in your own life, and it will humble you! Heaven rejoices when a sinner repents. Luke 15:10, “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”

I thought this truth from Daniel four is worth sharing. Never underestimate the hand of God in your life. God knows how to get our attention. If a wicked king like Nebuchadnezzar, who was full of hubris and arrogance, could find salvation, then so can anybody! We have a good God, Who loves to pardon iniquity and forgive. Micah 7:18, “Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.”

I am appalled at the indifference amongst professed Christians today concerning the corrupting of God's Word. They just don't care which Bible is God's Word. I'm talking about thousands of shameful apostate religious colleges today, that are INDIFFERENT toward the hundreds of perverted English Bibles, all of which are the Devil's way of depriving people of the true and pure Word of God. Consequently, there are many false plans of salvations being taught in the churches today, mainly the heresy of manmade repentance, aka, Lordship Salvation.
